How long does it take to sell?
It varies with the property, the price and the wider market. At your valuation we'll give you an honest view based on current local demand and what's selling nearby.
Do I have to use your recommended solicitor?
No. You're free to use any conveyancer you like. We're happy to recommend local firms we work with regularly if it helps keep things moving, but the choice is always yours.
What if my home doesn't sell?
There's no sale, no fee — you only pay us when your sale completes. If interest is slow we'll review the pricing and marketing with you honestly and adjust the approach, and you're not tied into a long agreement.
Can I switch from another agent?
Yes. If you're currently instructed elsewhere, it's worth checking whether you're still within a sole-agency period or notice term first, so you're never liable for two fees. Once you're free to move, switching to Dove is straightforward and we'll handle the transition.
